– FCm would be placing help desks at the Domestic / International arrival gates inside the airport.
– The Help Desks to be duly branded for PAN IIT Conference.
– FCm crew members will be having special security passes for the Chennai airport for smooth arrivals of the customers.
– At the arrivals, there would be FCm crew standing to welcome the guests with flowers & garlanding.
– Dedicated porters / volunteers will assist the delegates to the welcome booth.
– Ushers will be standing with placard segregating the guests on the basis of their Hotels.
– FCm Executives will escort the Guests to their respective coaches.
– FCm will arrange two Ushers at the Airport for welcome with Flower Garlanding for Speakers.
– Private Luxury Cars for Transfers.
– Services of English Speaking Chauffer with Mobile.
– Special Assistance for Check-in at the Hotel.
– FCm will also arrange escorts who can receive VIP from the Aircraft channel.
